At first, this man’s rant may seem like an overreaction. You may be thinking to yourself “this is the type of person who gives the gaming community a bad name.” And you know what, you’re absolutely right. People like this are the reason that boomers and significant others around the world think that gamers are addicted, rage prone, whiney nerds that care more about a virtual character than real-life human beings. BUT SOMETIMES ITS ABSOLUTELY JUSTIFIED. LOOK AT THIS SHIT.

Apparently, Infinity Ward has not only taken us back to the old days of Modern Warfare, but they also brought back all of the broken mechanics in those old games. Claymores are literally impossible to dodge, everyone sounds like a herd of elephants stampeding in an empty cave, and some of the spawns are so broken that you spend 80% of the game getting spawn killed. But none of these are near as bad as the 725 Shotgun. You would think that the developers would have learned their lesson from the akimbo Model 1887’s in MW2, but NOPE. They just put an equally overpowered shotgun into the same game a decade later. The result of all these broken mechanics is that 90% of players in MW are just camping in buildings with a claymore at each entrance and their 725 hard scoped in at the most popular entry point. And listen, I understand that everyone has their own playstyle and CoD is supposed to be an inclusive experience for competitive and casual players alike. BUT DEAR GOD PLEASE FIX THIS GUN. I am literally being forced to use it. I don’t want to do it anymore. Fix it, Ashton.
